As a Marketing Manager of MMHC, he/she will manage the overall marketing projects for U.S. local clients and international clients. Beneficiary's specific job duties and responsibilities of a Marketing Manager at MMHC include, but are not limited to, the followings:

Develop marketing strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues (percentage of time spent: 40%)
provide the strategic marketing planning to strengthen MMHC's market position in Saipan, CNMI;
monitor and plan direct marketing activities of MMHC's product;
Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for MMHC and its products, including brand management and advertising;
conduct market research on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards;
prepare long, and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets; and
negotiate advertising contracts.
Hire, train, and manage U.S. local staffs, adjust their job tasks and evaluate performance (percentage of time spent: 30%)
manage subordinate employees, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties, and .
evaluate the result and achievement of each subordinate employee and propose promotions to higher positions.
Review annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and make sales and marketing reports in order to setup a long-term goal and objectives (percentage of time spent: 30%)
establish, maintain, and analyze budget, records, and other controls to keep costs at a minimum consistent with efficient operations
review and analyze the marketing results quarterly, semi-annually, and annually; and
analyze and review financial performance of the corporation resulted from various types of marketing method.
