This position is for an Elementary School Teacher. TEACHING AND FACILITATING – 25 Hours – 62.5% • To teach and facilitate in accordance to the set objectives of the school curriculum. • To monitor and instruct students in the use of learning materials. • To provide extra help for students' struggling academically. PLANNING AND PREPARATION OF LESSONS AT SCHOOL OR OUT OF SCHOOL – 5 Hours – 12.5% • To plan and give support to ESL students with relevant subject matter that will enhance their academic achievement in the English Language. • To prepare classroom for daily class activities. • To provide necessary technology to enhance learning objectives. • To plan, organize, and prepare a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill not only their academic potential but also their spiritual walk with the Lord. ASSIGNING AND GRADING STUDENTS' WORK – 2 Hours – 5% • To give assignments relevant to the objectives of the Curriculum. • To grade all assignments, class works, tests, and to provide appropriate feedback on their work. • To provide diverse learning material and resources for use in educational activities.
