The following terms and conditions with this job offer are fully explained below:
- THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
- TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
- DAILY TRANSPORTATION: Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations: NOT APPLICABLE/NOT AVAILABLE.

· Operate the 1,250KW, and 425KW emergency generators and associated switchgear systems both manually and automatically.
· Perform routine, higher-level, corrective, and preventive maintenance on power plant equipment/diesel engines such as Caterpillar 3516 DITA; Caterpillar 3412 diesel engines, 1,250 KW and 425 KW Kato generators, motors, pumps, and related electric equipment based on manufacturers maintenance procedures and the United States Agency for Global Media’s approved Station Maintenance Plan.
· Perform routine, higher-level, corrective, and preventive maintenance on various commercial/passenger vehicles and utility equipment such as gasoline-powered Ford F350, Ford F250, and Ford F150 pickup trucks and Ford Explorer sport utility vehicles; diesel-powered Kawasaki Mule UTVs, John Deere Utility Tractors, Genie Boom aerial lift equipment, International bucket truck, Hyster and Mitsubishi forklifts, Kubota ZD1211L zero-turn mowers, and Ventrac KN4500Y articulating tractor mowers; battery-powered Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic UTVs and Yale forklift based on manufacturers maintenance procedures and the United States Agency for Global Media’s approved Station Maintenance Plan.
· Perform other related duties as the Site Manager directs which include but are not limited to: Diagnoses, repairs, and overhauls equipment, including the inspection and replacement of broken or worn parts. Diagnoses the source of trouble or failure in engine electronic computer units that may include the use of diagnostic scan tools; Fabricates and modifies parts of equipment, using arc, MIG, oxygen or acetylene welding equipment, grinders, drill presses, and other machine shop equipment; Repairs hydraulic motors and pumps; Lubricates light and heavy-duty power equipment; Repairs frames and guards on equipment.
