FPA Pacific Corp is looking to fill One (1) Quarry Superintendent position in Tinian, CNMI. This is a temporary FULLTIME position.
All tools, supplies and equipment required for the job will be provided by the employer. The employer will also provide daily transportation to and from the job site. The employer will provide transportation from the place of origin to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, the employer will provide reasonable costs of return transportation to the place of origin except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will not provide food but will provide board and lodging. The employer will not provide on-the-job training. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in surface mining, removing and crushing rock raw materials in Quarry. Plan location of surface mining to ensure maximum extraction of rock raw materials and provide access road for trucking materials out of Quarry. Directs equipment operators in stripping, digging and in loading and removing materials from Quarry. Directs Wash plant tenders and crusher tenders in rock crushing/washing plants. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quarry operations. Maintain inventories of finished product stockpiles, supplies and repair parts at required levels, and initiate requisition for purchases, periodically review inventory for proper upkeep at plant facilities.
