WESTCORE BUILDERS CORPORATION is looking for 10 Cement Masons and Concrete Finishers for a Temporary Full Time Position.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Employees are guaranteed employment for at least three-fourths of the total workdays starting from the first workday after arrival at the workplace or the initially advertised contractual start date, whichever is later, until the expiration date specified in the work contract or any extensions.
Transportation and Subsistence: Once a worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer must provide, reimburse, or advance payment for transportation and subsistence from the recruitment location to the workplace. At the end of the contract or in cases of early dismissal, the employer will cover the reasonable costs for the worker's return
transportation and subsistence to their original departure location or home, except in instances where the worker secures subsequent employment elsewhere or voluntary abandonment is reported by the employer. The amount provided for transportation will be based on the most economical and reasonable means of transportation available for the distances involved.
Overtime hours will be available and calculated at 1.5x hourly rate specified.
