Job Qualification Requirements:
Education: High School/GED. Training: number of months required: 0. Work Experience: One-year experience as a Load Planner. Prior experience in aircraft load planning or ground operations, or a related aviation field. Knowledge and experience in aircraft weight and balance principles, load planning and documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience in using load planning software (programs and web-based system) such as Unimatic and Volare Computer System and Aeronautical Information System Replacement or AISR and general office software. Relevant certification in aircraft load planning is advantageous. Capable of performing effectively under pressure and adaptable to flexible working hours. Must be available and prepared to work nights, weekends, holidays and in inclement weather conditions. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects minimum of 30 lbs. and bend, stretch, twist or reach with body, arms and/or legs. Trade test and employment examination may be required.

The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on November 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
