Job Qualification Requirements: • High School/GED
• Must have 6 months of work experience as Commercial Pilot.
• Must meet the requirement under Title 14 CFR135.243(c)(1): Holds at least a commercial pilot certificate with appropriate category and class ratings.
• Must meet the requirements under Title 14 CFR 135.243 (c)(2): at least 1,200 hours of flight time as a pilot, including 500 hours of cross-country flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, and 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time at least 50 hours of which were in actual flight; and Title 14 CFR 135.105(a): has at least 100 hours pilot in command flight time in the make and model of aircraft to be flown.
• Must meet the requirements under Title 14 CFR 61.23(a)(2): Must hold at least a second class medical certificate.
• Must pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug test requirement under Title 14 CFR 120.109(a)(1): No employer may hire any individual for a safety-sensitive function listed in 120.105 unless the employer first conducts a pre-employment test and receives a verified negative drug test result for that individual.
• Must pass appropriate pilot checks as defined in 14 CFR 135.293(a)(b), 135.297, and 135.299.

Additional Job Information: Benefits, Required Tools, Supplies, etc.: • Work Hours and Days: This position requires a variable work schedule due to the nature of airline operations. The typical
schedule involves rotations, usually 4 days ON and 2 days OFF, with pilots potentially working early mornings, late nights,
weekends, and holidays. The position's schedule is subject to the crew duty and rest limitations set forth in title 14 of the Code
of Federal Regulations Part 135 subparts 135.265 and 135.267 as applicable to the type of flight operation conducted (e.g.,
Scheduled or On-Demand).
• The offered wage is paid upon successful completion of the company training and flight hour requirements.
• The worker must sign an agreement with a Training Cost Recovery program wherein the employer initially bears the cost of
the required trainings and checks. The cost of this training shall be prorated over the first 6 months of the employment. If the
worker does not complete 6 months of employment, the worker shall reimburse the company for a prorated amount of the
cost of the ground and flight training.
• Daily Transportation: Workers are required to provide their own transportation to and from the worksite.
• On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
• Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
• Board and Lodging: Not provided. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.
• Airlines are covered by the U.S. Railway Act.

Summary of duties: Pilot and navigate the flight of fixed-wing, multi-engine aircraft on scheduled and on demand air carrier routes for the transport of passengers and cargo.

Specific Tasks:

· Work as part of a flight team with other crew members, especially during takeoffs and landings;

· Use instrumentation to guide flights when visibility is poor;

· Start engines, operate controls, and pilot airplanes to transport passengers, mail, or freight adhering to flight plans, regulations, and procedures;

· Contact control towers for takeoff clearances, arrival instructions, and other information, using radio equipment;

· Monitor gauges, warning devices, and control panels to verify aircraft performance and to regulate engine speed;

· Check passenger and distributions and fuel amounts to ensure that weight and balance specifications are met.
