THE JOB OPPORTUNITY IS INTENDED FOR U.S. WORKERS ONLY. EMPLOYER IS IN NEED OF 15 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS POSITION IN SAIPAN WITH WORK HOURS FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 35 HOURS PER WEEK. OVERTIMEPAY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE WORKER AT A RATE X 1.5 OF THE HOURLY RATE OFFERED AS PER PREVAILING WAGE OBTAINED. JOB BEING OFFERED IS TEMPORARY OR UP TO OCTOBER 31, 2025, ONLY BUT FULL TIMEIS REQUIRED WITH ANTICIPATED START OF EMPLOYMENT ON NOVEMBER 1, 2024.
THREE FOURTHS OF THE JOB OFFERED IS GUARANTEED. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period,the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, theemployer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrierfor the distances involved.
