This job opportunity is a full-time position. Anticipated schedule of work hours is from 5:00 am to 10:00 am for a total or 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of the contract. Workers will be provided transportation and subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity. Workers will not be provided with daily transportation, On-the-Job Training, and Board, Lodging, or other facilities. Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, of all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

Set time & speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions. Measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare butter dough, fillings or icings using scales or granulated container. Observe color of products being baked & adjust oven temperatures, humidity or conveyors speeds accordingly. Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards & specifications are met. Check equipment to ensure that it meets healthy & safety regulations & perform maintenance or cleaning as necessary. Apply glazes, icing or other topping to baked goods, using spatulas or brushes. Decorate baked goods, such as cakes or pastries. Roll, knead, cut or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies or other products. Direct or coordinate bakery deliveries. Perform other related duties as assigned.
